About Me

Having spent nearly 15 years working in various sales and administration roles for global businesses and working within voluntary organisations in south London since 2015 I am skilled and experienced in engaging with people of different ages, ethnicities and backgrounds, and who have encountered a diversity of life events.

At times in my life I have struggled with everyday life problems alongside times of great joy, and times of real difficulty. This enables me to offer my clients true understanding and empathy. I offer my clients a space free of any judgement so that they can explore their feelings in a safe environment.

I feel that my life experiences both here in the UK and those gained whilst living and travelling abroad bring a greater depth of understanding to my work.

I am a member of the BACP and adhere to its ethical framework.

I am currently studying a Level 5 Diploma in Relational Therapy
